Martina (b. 1989) is by education a strategic designer. It means to understand systems and see connections (and the lack of them) between stakeholders. It enables the identification of opportunities, to see both the big and small pictures and create connections with purpose. She visualises knowledge and processes, develops structures, facilitates co-creative workshops and does research among other things. Her work focuses on design, facilitation and human rights in the third sector.

Interdisciplinarity is to embrace methods and knowledges from different disciplines and make them interact with each other, create relationships, new approaches. As an interdisciplinary artist, Martina uses the full spectrum of her knowledge in arts, design, sustainability and human rights to play and experiment. Expressions that she uses are photography, film, writing, performance art, dance and design.
