it is sometimes hard to stay in the light, darkness attracts and makes me blind, unable to understand the truth or the meaning of good and bad. i am struggling to find balance between them. i wonder around restless towards the darkness although in my mind i know i am walking in a wrong direction. But light will always conquer, in the end.

This series of portraits represents Martina’s relation to the light and dark as she explored it in 2017.
